Compute the bounding box of a warped image.

The bounding box includes all warped pixels and it may be a bit oversize.

    WCS of warped exposure
srcBBox : `lsst.geom.Box2I`
    parent bounding box of unwarped image
srcWcs : `lsst.afw.geom.SkyWcs`
