Detailed Description

Create norm that is linear between lower and upper percentile of img

Parameters
----------
img:
    Image to normalize
percentiles:
    Lower and upper percentile to consider (default = ``(1,99)``).
    Pixel values below will be
    set to zero, above to saturated.
